Andy Robertson is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in accounting, financial services, and coding. He has worked internationally, attending schools in South Africa, Netherlands, UK, Malaysia, and Singapore before receiving his International Baccalaureate from the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore. After obtaining a BA from film school at Rhode Island School of Design, he worked as a 3D animator on several high-profile films and video games before developing an interest in finance and obtaining an MA at University Of London.

Throughout his career, Andy has worked for accounting and audit firms, including WSM Partners in London and Lashbrook, Wollard, Fasano PA in Fort Lauderdale. He has provided tax and audit services to a wide variety of clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals and corporations to investment funds and private equity firms. During his time at WSM Partners, he worked as an audit senior and tax advisor for Citibank’s Islamic real estate investment fund and helped restructure a sub-prime mortgage lending firm following the credit crisis of 2007.

During the pandemic, Andy utilized his coding and 3D skills working remotely for a London-based artificial intelligence company.

He has currently served on the board of directors for the British American Business Council in Miami as Chief Financial Officer. He is a part-qualified accountant with ACCA Global and ICAEW. He is also a student member of the AICPA and Florida Board Of Accounting.
